Carrot Applesauce Muffins

So I made these muffins today and they turned out good but I over cooked them a bit so they didn't pass the camera quality test. Instead of a photo of the finished product I put in one of the healthy ingredient used. These are dairy free and gluten free with just a bit of honey.

And, my grand baby helped too.

    1. Wait, I thought there was a recipe for these healthy muffins, went back to copy it and I don't see it. Can you send it to me? I'd love them because I love carrot cake! lwlolm.young@gmail.com Thanks!

  3. Look wonderful! Just a quick note, though--if something says "All Natural" it may not be entirely true. Apples with water added (like juice from concentrate and applesauce) have water added that contains things like flouride (not a good thing like we used to think!) and arsenic, and even lead and other elements! This is especially true if the apples were grown in China or Argentina which many of them that our favorite brands use, are! I don't buy ANYTHING "from concentrate" anymore and haven't purchased applesauce either....would only do so at a Farmer's Market if it was homemade and I knew the person understood the dangers of non-filtered water. Just a thought....

If you want to know more I do have another blog you might want to check out, but it isn't "soothing" like my A Colorful World blog (which I keep completely free of anything controversial or possibly aggitating to anyone!) If you are up for some more info though about GMOs and other dangerous food practices (as well as some other dangers) check out my They Did What!!?? blog. If you would rather stay soothing though, I do understand. :-)

    1. I will be interested in checking out your They Did What!!?? Blog. It's getting harder to find good quality foods and I appreciate any info regarding this topic. Thanks for visiting (and following) my blog and leaving comments. As you can tell I'm very new at blogging, but it's fun to meet new friends through it.
