Yummy (mock) Potato Salad

Okay, now let's talk health and fitness.

I just made the best potato salad, well no actual potatoes used. Instead, I used steamed cauliflower, boiled eggs, celery, onions, pickles, mustard and the best, fresh, home made mayonnaise. Tasted like comfort food to me.
