One Baby Boomer Rebelling Against, Frumpy, Dumpy and Lumpy
It does say everything! I Hope you had a nice Valentine's day yourself.
My day was super. Grandpa and I got to take 2 year old grandson to In-N-Out for valentines dinner. Perfect!
it most certainly does~ Happy Valentine's Day to you wonderful lady. BTW: made the protein bars- scrumptious! am going to link it on the blog this week, nice.
Hey thanks so much for the link up! I saw you did a post about home made baby products, I haven't had the chance to read it yet but I will and I'm sure I'll be trying them. Thanks for the comment.
Happy Valentine's Day ~ a little late I know! Hope it was fun. I copied off the recipe for your "Yummy Protein Bars" because I want to make them, and I noticed that almond butter was in the directions, but not in the ingredient list. Can you tell me how much almond butter (if it's not too much trouble)? Also, I haven't bought protein powder before, would you mind recommending some kind for me to buy ~ I'm clueless in this department. Thanks! Have a great day!
Thanks for pointing that out, it's 1/4 cup almond butter. A whey protein mix would be fine. I like to find one that has a high protein count and a low sugar count. For me the main thing is the low sugar content. Good luck, let me know if you like the bars.
Thanks for the answer! I'll let you know. Have a good week!
