I Am . . .


Do you ever feel the need to give yourself a little boost. If so maybe it's time for some affirmations, you know, those declarations of truths ( truths to be that is)  that you repeat to yourself.  It's said that this really works. If we want something to change, then we must think it to be. Next we start to see it in our mind's eye then before you know it we are actually acting it out. So the end result, our thought has come to pass. Good stuff!
