  1. I love this! My husband and my neighbor and I are all starting this fitness and eating healthy change together. I'm at the very beginning of the boomers, my husband is in the middle and my neighbor is a bit before, but having each other close by to be encouraging is a big help. I think that your blog will be a big help too. The more the merrier, right :) I was 60 before I became a grandma and I want to be healthy and live long enough to see my two granddaughters as happy healthy adults. I feel honored to have found your blog and I am not only your newest follower, but I'm adding you to my blog-list. I don't want to miss a single post.   2. Hi Connie, I became a grandma at 60 also so I know what you mean about wanting to see them as happy healthy adults. Mason is 3 now and very active, I want to be able to run, jump and play too and I do believe that saying, 'use it or lose it'. Wishing you much success for health and fitness.
