Preparing for a week of 'clean' eating.


My life runs much smoother if I can plan ahead and prepare for the coming week. So last night I spent a couple hours chopping and roasting vegetables and barbecuing up chicken. 





Do you set a day aside to prep for the week? If so I'd love to hear what you do to  manage your life

  1. Mmmmmm...the chicken and vegies look so good! My body is definitely responding well to clean eating! In fact, it "screams" at me good when I go off plan too much...esp. sugar and certain dairy. I often make my food ahead and eat it through the evenings when Robert is working. On the evenings he's home, I like to make fresh for him. It makes a difference at our stage of life not having children to have to cook for. XOXO
